The Bergmann Piano Duo — Marcel and Elizabeth Bergmann — teams up with renowned percussionist Rod Thomas Squance for a high-energy pops program featuring fresh, exciting arrangements of familiar favourites.

Celebrated for dynamic, eclectic programs, the Bergmann Piano Duo has performed widely across North America, Europe, and Asia, appearing in recital and with orchestra in the U.S., Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, France, North Macedonia, Greece, China, and Canada.

Rod Thomas Squance is an in-demand soloist and collaborative percussionist across chamber, orchestral, jazz, and world-music settings. He has performed with Yo-Yo Ma and the Silk Road Project, Paquito D’Rivera, and Dong-Won Kim. He teaches ethnomusicology and percussion at the University of Calgary and has served on faculty at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity.
